Laura Mrkša and Nataša Mihaljčišin, one of Croatia’s most prominent fashion designers and creative practitioners, will discuss the processes, materials, and ways of thinking that shape their design practices
Although they come from different media and generational contexts, both designers share a research-driven approach to design, in which process, material, and social context play an important role. They are interested in design’s ability to ask questions, create space for reflection, and shift our perception of everyday life, rather than offering ready-made answers to problems.

During the Institute of Network Cultures Exit Fest, Slutty Urbanism and I will be performing Weaving Through Screens.
Besides bed rotting and doom scrolling at their finest, the bed installation will remain open to the public throughout the festival, so don’t be shy, come lounge, scroll, rest, or simply hang out.
